Our client in the energy sector is looking for a Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist to strengthen their operations in logistics, customs, and compliance. The client offers a flexible working style with regular presence at the office in Nyköping and at the warehouse in Norrköping, to ensure close collaboration and efficient flows.

The role is central to ensuring that all transport flows, customs handling, and trade-related processes are carried out cost-effectively, structured, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring effective and reliable transport solutions by:

• Supporting selection and follow-up of freight forwarders and customs agents
• Ensuring structured and documented loading and unloading processes
• Controlling transport invoices and charges
• Preparing transport and performance reports and following up on KPIs and costs
• Managing deviations, complaints, and quality issues with suppliers
• Ensuring correct import and export documentation

You ensure that the business complies with all relevant laws and regulations by:

• Providing advice on export control, customs regulations, and trade legislation
• Ensuring correct documentation and traceability for audits
• Supporting import and export processes in daily operations
• Maintaining and quality assuring master data and system support (e.g., SAP GTS)
• Contributing to system and process improvements
• Driving internal knowledge sharing regarding laws, customs, fees, licenses, and compliance

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience in transport logistics and customs handling
• Experience in trade compliance and export control
• Familiarity with SAP GTS or similar systems
• A structured, meticulous, and analytical working style
• Good communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent Swedish and English
